Big Nick’s Ride for the Fallen remains scheduled to run July 19, 2020. Guidelines for the ride are based on the recommendations of public health experts and the legislative policy in place at the time of the ride.

IMPACT OF CORONAVIRUS: Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the end of Big Nick’s Ride unfortunately will not be at Sea Dog Brew Pub as originally planned. Instead, riders will disburse after we round Dennis-Yarmouth High School to honor the Cape Cod Fallen 16. The POLICE ESCORT will lead us back out onto Station Avenue. You are all free to then visit the various establishments in the area including Sea Dog Brew Pub.

We are ALL disappointed that we will not get to see everyone at the end of the ride, however it does not diminish why we all participate in Big Nick’s Ride. We ride because we are proud to be Americans. And, the Ride is our way of saying thank you to everyone who has chosen to protect our precious freedom as well as honor the Fallen Heroes who have sacrificed all so we can continue to live in the Greatest Nation on Earth.

Riders are requested to follow recommendations of public health experts and their policy initiatives including the use social distancing and the use of masks when a low risk social distance is not possible. We hope and pray that all the riders and supporters of Big Nick’s Ride For the Fallen 2020 remain safe and healthy in these challenging times.
Welcome
Each year Big Nick's Ride for the Cape Cod Fallen memorializes USMC Cpl. Nicholas G. Xiarhos and honors all of our recent fallen heroes with ties to Cape Cod as well as all Veterans past, present, and future who serve our great country. Nick is one of 16 "Fallen American Warriors" from Cape Cod who made the ultimate sacrifice in America's longest war. Big Nick's Ride for the Cape Cod Fallen celebrated its TENTH anniversary in 2019 and has embarked on a new decade honoring America's heroes.
You too can be a part of Cape Cod's largest motorcycle ride. Please support our brave troops and their families every year as a rider, sponsor and/or patriotic citizen lining the ride route with American Flags and homemade signs.
Don't worry about me Mom... I'm living the dream.

All of the Big Nick’s Ride for the Fallen community wish to extend a very special thanks to the Massachusetts Fallen Heroes for their continued support of Big Nick’s Ride. Their participation in the ride as well as their financial support are critical components of what helps make Big Nick’s Ride the unique and valuable experience that it is for the riders, supporters and the Cape Cod community. From the very first Big Nick’s Ride, the support of the Massachusetts Fallen Heroes has helped fund veteran, first responder and community groups across the Cape.
The Nicholas G. Xiarhos Memorial Fund is a fund of The Cape Cod Foundation.
